Return Window & Eligibility
All requests for returns must be initiated within 14 days of the completion of the consulting service. To be eligible for a return, clients must provide a valid reason related to the service provided.
Digital Consulting Services-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- All digital consulting services rendered, including but not limited to strategy sessions, reports, and analyses.
- Custom consulting solutions tailored specifically to a client’s needs.
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The client must have communicated dissatisfaction with the service within the return window.
- Any feedback or specific issues must be documented and submitted for review.
- Services that were not completed due to client cancellation are not eligible for a return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, clients should contact our support team via email at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request”. Please include your name, service date, and a detailed explanation of your concerns.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Clients can expect to receive their refund within 7-10 business days after the return request has been approved.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not applicable for digital consulting services. Clients may request a different service, but this will be treated as a new order and will be subject to standard pricing and availability.
Defective / Wrong Items
In the rare event that a service delivered is deemed defective or incorrect, clients must report this within 14 days of service completion. We will review the case and, if validated, provide a suitable resolution, which may include a partial or full refund or a replacement service.
